Wrong Part - Bad Support
Received the bunk bed and it contained a wrong part. I went back to the company and requested that they send a replacement part. After some haggling, they agreed to send the replacement part out immediately. It has been two months now and no replacement part. The part is essential for safety for young children using the top bunk. They seem to give window dressing only to their customers. The bed itself contained a lot of parts and the instructions were less than adequate. Items needed to be put together in a certain direction and the instructions gave no such detail. I would not recommend this bed or company.
