Should have been discounted

Received the coin purse but was disappointed to see that something has damaged the inner fabric. The item arrived wrapped in plastic and with original tags but maybe this is a malfunction from production? I used goo gone soaked on some cotton to see if I could loosen the stain and remove it but as the photos show, it's the same before and after overnight “soaking”. It's along both sjdes and even on the inside I bought the item whole price assuming it would be a good gift but I dont think so now in this state
