This meditative light and sound therapy candle can help to keep you focused, relaxed and able to fall asleep fast using the renowned 4-7-8 method inspired by yoga breathing techniques. You can choose to use this breathing and sleep coach with or without a soothing voice guide to help slow your breath and calm your body and mind. It includes eight recorded Zen sounds of an ocean, thunderstorm, white noise, pink noise and fan noise to help cancel out any distractions. Its programmable timer gradually decreases volume and brightness of the color changing lights to promote a restful state. This sleep treatment uses AC power that is easy to switch on/off.

I bought two of them, one for my mom and one for me. I use it while cleaning and getting ready for bed. It is hard for me to fall asleep so this helps a lot. It is very relaxing. The only negative thing is that you have to keep it near an outlet to plug it in so it can work.
