This sweater is so soft. I was impressed by the material and color when the package arrived. it's a very light sweater, which was great with the transitioning seasons, but it's also a pretty loose weave, which I hadn't expected. Although not pictured, I think most men would probably choose to wear a T-shirt under it. It looked a bit small to me, which is ok because the man I was buying for isn't very big, but we were buying size L because he is recovering from a major surgery and currently we can't pull shirts over his head, so short sleeved button fronts were a must. It seems to have withstood the washer and dryer, I haven't asked if it shrunk or anything. It was a practical purchase and I am happy.
