OLYMPIC SLEEVE- 13” of loadable sleeve length featuring fine grooves for better grip on plates to avoid sliding during lifts.
KNURLED- Standard knurling with dual knurl-free guide marks to ensure a strong, firm grip on the bar during heavy lifts. No center knurl. Knurling holds chalk well for enhanced grip. Zinc coating of the bar also serves to enhance grip.
ADDITIONAL- 25 mm diameter, measuring 80.5” in total length. Recommended max load of 500 lb. Meant for home, light-commercial, and box gym use. Ideal for cross training movements.

The Valor Fitness OB-80-W Women?s Olympic Bar with Whip Action was built and designed with durability and performance in mind. Measuring 80.5? in total length, the OB-80-W weighs 15 kg (33 lb) with 2 heavy duty brass bushings on each sleeve to ensure smooth, stable rotations during intense lifts while providing great whip action to enhance each lift. The rotating sleeves allow the user to get under the bar quickly during Olympic weightlifting movements such as the snatch and clean & jerk without having to change hand position, which can lead to injury. The Olympic sleeves with 13? of loadable length feature fine grooves for better grip on plates to avoid movement during lifts. This 25 mm barbell has standard knurling with dual knurl-free guide marks to ensure a strong, firm grip on the bar during heavy lifts. The knurling can hold chalk well in the event athletes need enhanced grip, while the zinc coating of the bar also serves to provide a firm grip. Nice bar!
This is a great bar for $80.00. It looks a lot like the 300 to 400 dollar bars. It has perfect nurl for my wife, not too aggressive. It spins well and has some whip. I highly recommend buying one if you've been looking for a woman's bar.
