For a small air cooler is powerful.

I like that is more powerful then a tower fan. With a fire near by it took the smell out of my house which thats a plus for me. 1 down side is that ever 4 hrs you have to put water and ice to make it cold.

Everything feels, looks GREAT! Very nice performance for its designed purpose. The only 'half-star' I would give it is the function of the front (vertical) louvered shutters, they don't seem to turn left / right freely as the rear (horizontal) ones. They only move partially to the right; I've yet to find how to turn them all the way to the left ... and I don't want to force them. Anyone else with same problem? Thanks

I did like the evaporative cooler, humidifier. It works with or without water for me, and I like that. So I don't have to worry if it runs out of water. Also I like that is o light weight and easy to move around because it doesn't need a bent connected to a window like an AC.
