Installation
1.Select the correct die to insert, insert the pin, then turn the tool's body clockwise until the dies are snug against the hose fitting.
2.Turn the valve to the work position and pump the handle until stops.
3.The installation is complete.
How to Operate
1.Remove the pin and open the top yoke.
2.Select the correct mold to insert into the yoke.
3.Insert pin securely.
4.Turn the body of the tool clockwise until the dies are snug against the hose fitting.
5.Turn the pump body counter-clockwise (2-3 turns) to create a 2mm/0.07inch space between the yoke edge and rim of the pump body. Failure to observe this may cause damage to the pump body.
6.Turn the hydraulic valve to the work position.
7.Pump handle to crimp fitting onto the hose. Continue pumping until the handle comes to a stop.
8.The crimping is complete.
