(1) Dispenser comes with the little cup. (2) Spring to open the door is too strong, cup actually bends. (3) You must push perfectly straight-in, otherwise the door jams crooked. (4) Container lifts off of sticky base. (5) Door is way too small for Cap'n Crunch to flow. (6) Item was received terribly cracked. Manufacturer/shipping box is too light of duty. (7) Lid is gasketed and seals well. (8) No English writing at all.
