Looks nice. Dimensions are a bit smaller than 10x12 but I expected that. If you don't have the tools or aren't extremely handy, I would definitely recommend hiring someone to put it up. It will probably cost more than the shed, but I am happy I didn't even attempt it. The plastic wrap was enough of a pain to hire someone for that alone.
