Dissolve entire tablet in mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow whole. Repeat every 2 – 3 hours, not to exceed 7 tablets in 24 hours. Take until symptoms are gone. To avoid minor stomach upset, do not take on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Do not eat or drink citrus fruits or juices for 30 minutes before or after use. Otherwise drink plenty of fluids. Children under 12 years of age: ask a doctor before use. Store between 15-29C (59-84F).

Really does help, if you catch it early.
This is one of the products that uses the only 2 types of Zinc that has been shown to reduce and stop colds, if you start taking it at the 1st signs of trouble, but don't stop at one, you can take 6 or 7 a day. I take one daily to keep a head start on anything trying to take me out. Remember, just like any Zinc product, don't take on an empty stomach, you don't need a lot but you need something.

Cold virus coming— be prepared!
I seem to get exactly one cold a year, right after the holidays in the coldest part of Winter. I buy one box of Zicam every December. So far, so good— but January is blowing in cold and snowy. We shall see. At least I know these work for mitigating cold symptoms and I do believe if you get right on this convenient zinc regimen, right away, the duration is considerably shorter. Don't LOVE the taste, but it sure beats a cold!
