INCONVENIENCE AND DAMAGE

The items arrived damaged upon delivery. The original online purchase clearly stated that returns could be made at Walmart; however, this has turned into a significant inconvenience. The entire process has been unnecessarily difficult, and Walmart customer service has been extremely disappointing. They refused to accept all of the returned items, which has only added to the frustration.
