DHEA, Pregnenolone and Niacinamid - the balancing trio !

These three supplements were recommended by the legendary Ray Peat as a safe and reliable combination which helps revitalizing and harmonizing the whole body by adjusting its energy and structure. The recommended doses are low - DHEA 15 mg and Pregnenolone 25 mg taken together with a teaspoon of butter, and Niacinamide 3x50 mg during the day. Be well!

Perfect!

Checked my blood before and after use (as doctor prescribed) and it had raised my DHEA. I took a dosage of one capsule per day. Capsule size is small, they were easy to swallow. Doing the blood test before and after shows the ingredients work. Thank you, I'm satisfied!
