melatonin

My husbnd takes these and says they are great for falling asleep easily. They are easy to swallow and provide a restful sleep. I take the gummies from this company as I prefer them to swallowing. I have found the company to be of a high quality so will keep buying this product.

Excellent!

5 mg melatonin in a small size capsule. The dosage is just right for a good night sleep when I feel so wide awake and in need of some sleep. Quality is good, and taste is not bad. Ingredients include vegetable magnesium stearate which I hope can enhance the bioavailability of certain nutrients in my dietary supplements.

Excellent!

Great melatonin!!! Pay attention that dose it pretty high. I gave it to my mom, she slept very well, but the entire day she was like a zombie. A good part that you can open a a capsule and take only half . I don't have any side effects. works like a magic. It doesn't mean I don't wake up at night, but I fall asleep pretty quickly
