Curtains came without packing just shoved in a flimsy shipping bag. The bag tore during shipping and the curtains arrived damaged and dirty. I submitted a return (return to store was the option provided) and ordered another set. This set also came unpackaged but the shipping package was not damaged the second time, but they still had dirt spots all over them. I was able to clean the second set and I tried to return the first set to Wal-Mart with the return code that was provided and the instructions to return them to the store, but the store would not accept the return and said it needed to be sent back to the seller (this was not an available option for return) so now I have one set of curtains for the proce of two, and they are not very good curtains anyway. The length is off and the bottom hem is crooked. Definitely not a good experience or value. If you are considering these curtains, I encourage you to keep looking for a better option.
