Though I am post menopausal my symptoms of poor quality of sleep, brain fog and diminished mental sharpness persist. Since I've began taking this a few weeks ago I definitely have noticed an improvement in all three areas. Especially as far as mental clarity and recall abilities. I'm very healthy and physically active but had been feeling “dulled” brain wise. I seem to be sleeping a bit better as well. I take one in the morning and the other two a few hours before bed.

I changed my dosing protocol to pre-workout and the change was ideal. After using the product for over a month I have notice much better sleep quality. I do feel it is helping with memory too. Is it a fix-all?
