Great item

My first time trying berberine and I bought two different brands. This one is giving me better results than the one from Super Nutrition which surprises me as they are supposed to have the same dosage. A muscle pain that I had for a few months is gone after taking 3 capsules per day for 2 days. I have been taking turmeric,curcumin and boswellia but didn't do much for me therefore I can say this herb fits me and gives me what I need.
