Pocket Knowledge Leadership is a very pivotal topic in today's society. In this book I will look at several key attributes that are essential to a great leader. As a former educator who has watched our classrooms go from no teacher left standing to common core problems with education this all has left Generation Y lacking in the area of leadership. In this book I was challenged to go back and look at some very fundamental ways of becoming a great leader. I wanted to encourage not only the youth of today but those who seek to be leaders in every capacity and stage of life. I want this book to motivate those leaders who have yet to realize their true potential to embrace the leader within. Additionally I want this book to be known as a wakeup call for all the fundamental and foundational attributes that we have gotten away from. This book was also written to challenge a nonverbal society to realize the importance of effective communication. Finally I am confident that these simple yet very critical keys will empower the reader to take the knowledge that they gain from this book and apply it to their everyday lives.
