Very poor job of order fulfillment!

This item along with Tasty Kakes 6 pack was in order 119118827420900 for total of 24 pieces; however, only 22 pieces were shipped. The space for the missing 2 pieces was filled with excess bubble wrap. Additionally, these items were packed on their ends causing some spillage. Overall, a very poor job.
