Maxi-Cosi See Pro 360° Baby Monitor

What a fantastic product! I was given this smart baby monitor to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I'm so glad I had a chance to experience what this monitor has to offer. I rely on reviews when deciding which products will be the best fit for my family, so I'm going to share my favorite aspects and a few things I didn't totally love while using this monitor so you can make the best choice for you. I honestly really liked this monitor. The clarity of the screen is so much better than the monitor I previously used. I love the wide angle that encompassed the whole crib, plus some. This would be ideal if you have multiple kids in the room and want to see both. I also really liked having the humidity, temperature, and time on the display. Once you play around a little bit, everything is pretty easy to figure out and install (and I'm not really tech savvy). The app is fantastic! I really liked having it. I also think the CryAssist is brilliant and would be so helpful for new moms. The battery lasts through the night and then some, which is so helpful. The monitor is a little big, but it's thin, lightweight, and easy to carry around. The main thing I didn't love as much was the sound delay. I could hear her cry in her room about a second before it came through on the monitor. Not a huge deal, but slightly annoying when you always hear the dissonance. The CryAssist is such a great concept, although it didn't seem to be super accurate for my 6-month-old. It did say it is most ideal for 0-6 months, so it could be that. My baby also has a different way of crying and I think other people would have more accurate success with it. It always said she was fussy when I knew she was hungry or tired. But she was also fussy at the time, so there's that! Overall, I think the app and CryAssist, combined with the clear 360 view, make this a very worthwhile monitor to purchase for your kids.

We have a 3 month old and have used this monitor on him for a few weeks now. Overall, we really love this baby monitor! My favorite feature is that there are TWO ways to view our baby: (1) there is a handheld parent unit (external monitor that runs on radio frequency, no WiFi required) AND (2) a phone app via WiFi! It is really useful to have both options for many reasons (not having to solely rely on WiFi; the convenience of having a parent unit instead of having to have an app open on our phone(s) all the time; being able to check in on baby from outside the house while someone's watching him; etc.) The sound and video quality are really great, and we love the big screen on the parent unit. The buttons are easy to navigate. It's useful that it relays temperature and humidity. Note: We do not find the CryAssist feature all that helpful because (a) when it alerts us he's crying, we're usually already aware that he's crying; and (b) it's still unclear to us how accurate the cry translations are (i.e. it's told us he's hungry right after he's eaten before). Yet, it's still kind of fun and thought provoking to see what it thinks he's crying about! Haha. I would definitely recommend this monitor to my friends! It's my favorite monitor so far (and I've used 3 others in the past!) (Note: I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel).
