Nice set but wasn't complete

The set was delivered early which was great. Couple of issues: 1. Some of the holes didn't match up easily during assembly and 2. I'm missing one piece of the frame (Part B which is the Left end of the sectional) and I'm having trouble getting a hold of anyone to get it delivered to me.

Sturdy frame, terrible cushions

Cushions are nothing as pictured! They are closer to 2 inches in thickness, very uncomfortable. The color is also way off, the light gray is more of a silver. I attached a picture of what it looks like on the website and what it actually looks like.
