    I would recommend these for anybody 3x and below.

    These bras are true to size. I have a wide back so I'm a 46 C. or D depending on the bra. I'm usually a 2x in tops but I bought a 3x to be safe. They are a little big. I should've stayed with the 2x. I will be re purchasing. The 3x still work. They are comfortable and they actually give me enough support for the gym. I won't be jumping up and down but I will be on the treadmill and weights. If you are a plus size like me. These are the most comfortable bras I've owned. Don't try other brands. These are nylon and spandex or lycra. Cotton ones ones I've tried do not have the support that these do. I'm extremely happy. I am going to be able to use thesev3x for errands and around the house. Good deal for the price. And the padding is removable.
