i have spent so much money on stuff for the pain in my ankle. Some worked for a little while and some didn't work at all. Just constant excruciating pain. Then one day I decided to try an ankle bracelet. So when I saw this one with copper I decided I'd give it a try. What have I got to lose? I could always return it if it didn't work. I got it Saturday, opened it up and thought to myself it looks like another useless compression sock. I put it on and within the hour I could feel the pain easing up. I was shocked. I wore it all day but took it off for my shower and didn't put it back on. Man, my ankled hurt all night. I put it back on Sunday morning and no problems. Now I sleep in it and I'm actually able to sleep all night pain free. it's not tight and uncomfortable. This sock is amazing. The best money I ever spent for pain..Enjoy.
