Great price but late shipping. Got a email saying how did I like my product that I received when I had not received it yet. Tried to contact them by phone several times but could not get thru. Left message to contact me back but no one Did by phone. I did receive item a few days later. They need better customer service but price and product were good.

This elastic is exactly as described online, very good quality. The order came before the expected delivery date. I ordered it on May 1 and received it on May 16. This is the first order I have placed with this company, and I am completely satisfied with the product and service.

Absolutely what I expected and love it! The time it took to arrive was longer than expected however, with the times being what they are currently its understandable I suppose. I did contact the company and they were quick to reply and assure me it was moving and on its way ... ordered another two spools and am once again waiting.
