This elastic is exactly as described online, very good quality. The order came before the expected delivery date. I ordered it on May 1 and received it on May 16. This is the first order I have placed with this company, and I am completely satisfied with the product and service.

The elastic came today, and I love it! Much firmer than the other stuff I ordered from another place. Now I have enough to finish all the masks, and have elastic left over to give to the recipients of my masks who may need replacement elastic in the future.

Great price but late shipping. Got a email saying how did I like my product that I received when I had not received it yet. Tried to contact them by phone several times but could not get thru. Left message to contact me back but no one Did by phone. I did receive item a few days later. They need better customer service but price and product were good.
