Perfect for MTHFR gene mutation kiddos

These are great gummy vitamins for my daughter for has a MTHFR gene mutation. They have Methylfolate and Methylcobalamin which are the true form of Folate and B12. The true form of these 2 vitamins are so hard to find in children's vitamins. She takes them every morning and is thriving. Would 100% recommend.

Happy Ingredients

I'm very picky about which vitamins I buy for my son. I try to find the highest quality ingredients %26 the ones his body can use. I am impressed with these by the use of the "methyl" versions of Folate %26 B12. I also like that they use MK7 as the version of Vit K. I would probably change some of the other ingredients like the Absorbic Acid version of Vit C or the synthetic version of A used, but i guess we cant have a 100% perfect vitamin. I will continue to use these. My son is 6 and ADHD. I've been giving him one a day with a few drops of black seed oil and ive noticed a difference in behavior (for the better.) He got a good note from school for "respectful attitude." I'm not sure that it is connected to the vitamins or the BSO, but im going to continue both.
