Way too Big Despite the Number being My Size

I really like the color of this suit. But unfortunately the jacket is way too big. I don't think they understand what 42S is. I compared this size with other suits I own and the shoulder with on this jacket was more like a 44. I mean come on who does that. I hate when the size is not just off a little, but by a whole lot.
