Not 6Ah batteries — 3Ah at best!
The batteries charged fine and the LED meter on each worked properly after the button was pressed. They also fit fine in my Kobalt lawn mower. However, they were not comparable at all in terms of run time compared to a new Kobalt 40V 6Ah battery. I could complete my entire lawn on one charge of the Kobalt battery when I first purchased it. However, even two fully-charged new Banshee 40V Li-ion batteries, which are advertised as 6Ah, were insufficient to complete my entire lawn. At best, they are each 3Ah, not 6 Ah. The only consolation is that the price of the two Banshee batteries together was less than the cost of a single Kobalt KB640-03 battery.
