I picked up the 5-qt red Cuisinart Dutch oven from Walmart—even though most recipes call for a 5.5-qt, this one works beautifully. Fabulous "Must Have"

For years I have been putting off purchasing a dutch oven due to price. When I saw that America's Test Kitchen listed this one as their "Best Buy", I knew I found what I was looking for. I received it as a Christmas gift and have used it once a week since then. It is a bit on the heavy side, but other than that...I can't believe how long I went without have one.
