Delivered damaged. Disappointed.

Beautiful rug and was so happy when it arrived but my first concern was that it was delivered folded rather than rolled so there were deep creases. Additionally, as the rug was unfolded, multiple areas of damage on the backing were found. Rips, bizarre square shaped cuts, and unraveling on a brand new rug means this is getting returned. Which is too bad because it really was lovely.
