First off, the design is really functional and well-thought-out. The built in bookcase headboard is super convenient for storing books, decor, or nighttime essentials. I especially like the built in charging station, it's a small touch, but it adds a lot of value if you like keeping your phone or tablet near the bed. Assembly was a bit time consuming. It definitely helps to have two people, and a power drill made things a lot easier. Visually, the bed looks good, however, one thing that really stood out to me, and not in a good way, was the visibility of the screws from the outside. I really wish they had included some sort of caps or a design feature to hide them. They're quite noticeable and detract from the otherwise sleek appearance of the bed. It feels like a detail that was overlooked in the design process. The storage options are a big win. The drawers slide easily, and the trundle is a great bonus if you have guests or need extra sleeping space. It's easy to pull out and push back in. I also like that the shelving on the sides offers even more room for storage or display. You can put heavy stuff in the bookshelf though, if it gets a lot of weight the wheels won't run as well as is supposed. This bed is a great value for the price. It's especially useful in smaller spaces where extra storage matters. The visible screws are a bit of a letdown aesthetically, and the assembly could have gone smoother, but once it's all set up, it's a solid and attractive piece of furniture. If you're handy and willing to spend a few hours assembling it, it's definitely worth considering.
