Hello DEP, this is Lisa with Kohler Co. I am sorry to read that the flow rate for this Bellera® faucet was not what was expected. This model has a 0.5 gpm flow rate. If you are not getting the 0.5 gpm rate, I would recommend removing the aerator with the provided removal tool and cleaning / soaking the part in a solution of white vinegar and water (50/50 mixture) to ensure there was no debris clogged from installation or usage. If cleaning the aerator does allow the 0.5 gpm flow rate but you are still not satisfied, we have a 1.2 gpm aerator option. The part number is K-1278467 - https://tinyurl.com/4h4uunrv.
