Very good

Bought 2 about a month ago. Have had heavy use and are really good so far. Very quiet compared to non inverter units. I would take off half a star as filter removal is comically bad and either the tabs that hold it or the filter frame will probably break at some point.

Nice window AC

I bought this little AC because we are experiencing extreme heat right now and my house was 92 degrees because my Unit went down. I put it in a 260 sq ft family room and within 15 minutes of setting it up I could tell a difference in my family room. I couldn't be happier with how fast it cooled and how quiet it is. It was important to me to get the quiet technology because it is a family room. Sounds like a fan on low. I couldn't be happier and plan on buying another one soon.

Perfect!

No issues; keeping it nice and cool in this hot and humid Oklahoma August! The LED lights can be turned off which is great for bedrooms, and we can turn down the temp remotely before coming home if we want it to be cooler! This was also one of the lowest energy usage a/c's which was important.
