Excellent introduction to product
I spoke with a rep today regarding a scooter for my mother. Rep was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions thoroughly. I took the time to research multiple scooters from multiple manufacturers, read reviews on many scooters. My mother is very excited. This will be her first mobility scooter. I'm very comfortable with the decision to purchase this product after researching and then calling with questions. I am planning on reading another review once the scooter is received.

Could not be happier!
Ever since I lost my ability to walk, I have been limited to where I could go. Recently, I was ordered to go with a power chair or scooter, but my biggest concern was legroom as I am 5'10. The Zipr 4 Xtra with the seat upgrade has been the most perfect answer. I love everything about this scooter. Its ease of use, the legroom, and the customer service every step of the way have been incredible. The red color is beautiful as well. I have not found one thing about this scooter - and the buying experience - that could be any better. Would recommend this scooter to anyone.
