I bought two. One was working great not loud very cool especially for a bedroom. The other one came damaged and was making a loud noise probably from shipping. The good one is great and I will be replacing the faulty one with the same brand. A life saver in this heat down south!

Best bang for the buck, function well

This is the second Haier air conditioner we bought, the first one still working well after 4 yrs. This current unit replaced another brand that went belly up only after 2 yrs, we find the Haier brand to be the best bang for the money, it blows out really cold air with a lots of functions. It's reliable and seems to be much more durable then other name brands, the noise level seems a bit loud, but not to a point of annoyance, it's an air conditioner after all, make sure you clean the filter and drain out the water every now and then.
