Very easy to assemble. Connecting it to the propane tank and testing it first with soap %26 water making sure no leaks was easy. Then turning it on was easy too! I did end up buying a small pizza spatula which cause my pizza to have some folded ends. Definitely getting me a 12” spatula to prevent spilling ingredients out. Make sure you pre- heat the oven! I did a “test” pizza and oven was only 700 degrees, it gave nice crispy edges but the middle was not fully cooked. Not the ovens fault just me being inpatient. Overall, the oven cooked very well. I just need to master the dough. The dough tasted great but it was too much dough on the ends. Allow the stone to really heat up so your center dough cooks evenly; also spray your wood chips with water so you can get it to smoke more. I think as you continue to use the oven and the stone gets well seasoned you will have much better pizza!

got this after seeing a Netflix show on pizzas and one bake used an pizza oven at home. and i was getting tired of the inconsistencies of cooking it in the big home oven which heats up the house allot. assembly was easy, today was my first time cooking the pizza in this little pizza oven. it turned out great. i love the turntable with a dial to rotate it. pizza was cooked just right, i let it preheat for about 15 min, it reached 850 and i kept it there. after i put the pizza in i rotated about 1/4 at a time every 15 seconds until the crust edge looked good and not burnt. rotating it frequently prevented the pizza from burning and the cheese and toppings cooked evenly. great little oven,
