love them. I work 8-10 hrs a day 6 days a week, constant walking in kitchen environment. I put extra "work" innersoles in them and there is no break in period at all. this is my 4th pair. This grey color has " weaving textured dimples" all over that the older blue and grey version did not. if u get them even the slightest muddy the mud collects and stays in those dimples when u wipe them off. I bought waterproofer and that seems to help keep them clean somewhat better without using a brush over them every day. i wouldn't buy them if you have a job where u worked in the dirt .... They are a little more heavier than a sneaker, but they seem more durable and built better. the slip resistance- they seem a little slippy for a couple days at first- seems fine now. I would still recommend. I will spend my time to clean them to have a comfortable all day "work shoe".
