Less sugar and more vitamins and minerals than the other Cheerios! Love this as a healthier snack option for kids. Would rather this than fruit snacks. I also enjoy eating it and I think the sweetness level is perfect. Less sugar than Honey Nut Cheerios but still tastes great, just not like candy.

I'm not sure why these are getting such a bad rap. I personally like them! They are crunchy and sweet to me. (I don't like my cereal too sweet.) My personal favorite was the pumpkin spice Cheerios, I used to love them until they upped the sugar content. So disappointing. I don't buy them anymore for that reason. Pour milk in your bowl, measure out your cereal and add the cereal a little at a time to the milk if you like your cereal more crunchy. I think they're good either way. They could have just a touch more spice, but I am pleased with the way they taste now. They're great for snacking to! There's a principal: You're hungry for what you feed on meaning, if you eat a lot of sugar, then these probably won't be what you'd like at first. But like anything, we can retrain our taste buds the less sugar we eat consistently the less we will like. And since sugar is so inflammatory and bad for us, it's always good to choose less sugar.
