sizing is not accurate, very small
Not saying all of these robes run small, but this was my experience. I ordered a 2xl so it would be extra big on me, I usually wear a L. I got this in, and I could not even get it around me. My daughter wears a Small and she can barely get it on. I reached out to customer service, and they did refund me (which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars). They had me send a picture of the package label and the robe itself, and they tried to tell me it was a 2xl as ordered. I assured them that the robe in the package could not possibly be a 2xl as it would not even fit my daughter who wears a small. That's when they finally agreed to a refund.
