Mainstays Brown Geo Jacquard Polyester Shower Curtain, 70x72

I love the color I got of the Mainstays Geo Jacquard Fabric Shower Curtain. It's like a bluish green, teal with a bit of shine. Everything in my bathroom is white, the cabinets, tubs, and walls, so pretty much any color shower curtain will match with my bathroom, so that works out well. At first I thought it was a little thin, but when I checked out my shower curtains I have used in the past, they're just about the same in thickness. They are also pretty soft and the design is very modern and sleek. I thought I would like to share with others something I didn't know before is that you are suppose to use shower curtain liners for the fabric shower curtains. Otherwise your fabric shower curtains can grow mold on it. Of course it could be because you don't clean it often enough, but if you use shower curtain liners, your fabric shower curtains will not get wet during showers, which prevents mold or mildew growing on it and therefore you will not have to clean it as often. I grew up not using shower curtain liners because we had shower doors, but I have also noticed some places I rent for vacations also do not use shower curtain liners. Trust me, it will save you time, it's more hygienic, and will save your beautiful fabric shower curtains. These shower curtains do not come with shower curtain liners and rings, but these shower curtains are absolutely beautiful.

I picked up the cream colored curtain because I was looking for something to really open up my tiny bathroom (blame Bay Area living). The light color and airy texture (it's not stiff) were perfect. It's better than a plain white curtain and adds just the right amount of color and design to the bathroom without overdoing it. I just wish it was a little longer. At 72", it would work great with a standard shower rod. However, I hung mine on a curved rod that was a little higher so the bottom hits a little below the top of the tub. At the end of the day though, it brightens up my bathroom and makes it look more roomy which is exactly what I was trying to achieve.
