Instructions
(Adult) For daily maintenance, take six (6) liquid soft-gels per day in divided doses, with meals and a full glass (8 oz) of water. For a more immediate response, take up to three (3) liquid soft-gels one hour before activity. Do not take more than three (3) liquid soft-gels in one dose and do not exceed six (6) liquid soft-gels in one day. If caffeine keeps you up at night, do not take this product in the evening since it contains natural caffeine.
