Couldn't be happier

I bought this generator a couple of years ago. The remote start is a definite plus when I use the generator when RV camping—you don't have to go outside to start and stop when you only need it to run for 5 minutes or so. It worked quietly and flawlessly until this Spring, It started well, but would only keep running with the choke on. I phoned the support line and got advice from a very knowledgeable and helpful tech. He thought that the carburetor might be gummed up and suggested I run a jet cleaner (as a first step) to see if that would solve the problem. It didn't, so I removed the carburetor and cleaned out the jet - a speck of something had somehow got into the system and was restricting the flow. I put it all back together and it worked perfectly. I emailed the tech. and told him what I had done, and he sent me a new carburetor!!! Wonderful after sales service. It is a well designed piece of equipment and with the help I got afterwards I would not hesitate buying another of their products.

FANTASTIC !

We went thru 3 Generators to find a powerful yet QUIET ONE to run our 13,500 W air conditioner in our Rv before we found this little gem! The remote control is amazing! My husband can be off doing his thing and I can be in the rv needling to run my electrical appliances and all I need to do is push a button on the remote! It absolutely has been fantastic for us!

Outstanding value

This is an outstanding value for the money. It's a very solid product, easy to use, well-packaged, and with some very nice features. It's easy to start, and remarkably quiet while running. The wireless remote is very nice, but even without that, the unit starts very easily. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product, the design, and operation. I'd recommend this product highly.
