[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brother tested these gloves out-he's 27 years old, 5'9”, wears size 10 shoes, and mainly hits at the batting cages for fun as a hobby. This was his first time using batting gloves, and he was surprised at how much of a difference they made.
He said the quality felt solid right out of the package. The gloves were comfortable, didn't feel tight or compressed, and gave a noticeably firmer grip on the bat compared to bare hands. After trying them, he actually said he plans to start using gloves regularly from now on, just because of how much better the grip felt.
The white color looks clean and sharp, but realistically, they'll probably get dirty quicker than darker options. Still, the sleek look makes them stand out.
We weren't super familiar with the Franklin brand beforehand, so we looked it up—and turns out, Franklin is actually a big name in baseball, and the official batting glove of Major League Baseball. They're known for their:
• Floating thumb technology for better hand mobility
• Quad-Flex creases to reduce bunching during swings
• Tri-curve fit for a natural, snug feel
• And a strap design that stays secure while still feeling flexible
For someone just getting into gloves, my brother felt these offered a pro-level feel without being intimidating or overpriced ☺️ Whether you're new to gloves or looking to upgrade, these seem like a solid choice!
