It was very easy to assemble except for two problems. The central support bar was missing a pressed-in nut so that the corresponding support leg could not be attached. I was able to compensate for this with a wood screw. Also the sides were very subtly bowed outward, making the center slat a challenge to attach, but I did so. The bed is complete. It looks good. Despite the above errors I would still recommend it. The bed does not include the mattress. The photo shows the bed with the recommended 8 inch foam mattress and Mainstays sheets, each purchased separately.

Clear instructions %26 easy to assemble.

The bed fully assembled is beautiful. The assembly experience was a bit challenging because I was doing it by myself but he instructions were clear and easy to understand. It feels sturdy and comfy once the mattress was place on it and we let it expand, (app. 4 hours) it feels like sleeping on a cloud.
