I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and workmanship of this little house! So cute too! Really simple to put together once you get the zipper started. It's a little tricky to start but once started it's a breeze. I purchased this for my for my cat that stays outside. It's not real insulated against the cold, even though it does have a removable self warming insert on the bottom... so I'm going to create an insulated foam-board insert, plus a Velcro door flap, some straw or a heated bed for extra warmth. The loops on each side make it nice to secure to a base. Not sure how water-proof it is yet. I ordered large and it can easily fit two large cats. Overall this little house is really well constructed...so glad I purchased it and the Seller was great! Shipped immediately from China and was packaged really well!
