I purchased this shed, put it on level ground and attempted to set it up with friends. The walls were misaligned, one half of the floor didn't completely touch the other half and the parts weren't labeled correctly or easily for that matter. After 4 hours we gave up. I attempted a return I was offered a $200 refund for a $1200 item and told that I could “keep the shed” though. I responded by saying if I wanted to keep the shed, I wouldn't be trying to return it in the first place right? Them allowing me to keep it was just their way of not wanting to deal with a return and disposal. 3 weeks, 8 verifying pictures and almost an essay later, they finally refunded me the entire amount. If I was given a choice of having to buy this shed again or do 30 days in jail, I'd ask do they have to be consecutive so I can go in on weekends and not lose my job? 🥺
