i ordered one that came damaged , they refunded my money and i sent it back. i ordered a second time and it was 5 days late. was told after the third day i would get a refund and replacement, reached back out and they went back on their word and told me my arrival date was a different day than what it was and told me to wait another 48hours. i reached out to manager via chat and he just repeated what the guy said before him and closed the chat on me. freezer finally came for the second time but yet again was damaged. do not recommend
