Very helpful for wrist and lower arm pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Prosource Flex and Twist Bar in 10 lb in exchange for my honest review. The purpose of this bar is to help you strengthen your wrists, tendons, and joints. I have issues with my wrists from typing so much at work, and I often find that my hands and wrists feel weakened. Sometimes, I struggle to hold or open things due to wrist issues. The Flex and Twist Bar has helped me regain strength in my wrists and lower arms. When I twist the bar, I feel like I stretch parts of my arms that largely get ignored. It honestly feels fantastic. I am very pleased to have this as part of my home gym and will continue to use it for my wrists and arms.

Interesting thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not sure how to use it lol So l bend it using my chest muscles. To me and my mom it's working the best that way. You also can work out your arms with it. But my arms definitely need more than that lol
