False weight capacity is being presented

As I am a larger person I was wanting a high weight capacity chair. Walmart presents this chair as having a weight capacity of 420 pounds. However the instruction sheet included with the chair states that the weigh capacity is only 270 pounds. I sure hope this chair doesn't break and hurt me requiring me to take WalMart to court. Otherwise, the chair was packed well with easy assembly instructions and includes a very firm seat. At least the seat feels firm on my first setting.
