I am in love with the style and color of the wood. There was some color dye on some of the pieces of wood but nothing a quick wipe didn't remove. Assembly was pretty straight forward. I did have a hard time with some of the pre drill holes. Securing the cushion to the chair, but just needs an extra set of hand to hold down cushion while someone else tightens. The cushion itself is so soft and comfy I was very impressed
