Parts don't fit and arrived damaged

The first set both chairs were cracked one was usable so I kept it the other they sent a replacement. But the bolts they sent are way too long for these chairs and they went through the back/ so now both chairs are broken I wasted my money and time and now don't have any chairs. DO NOT BUY THESE go somewhere else
