Chair with hard to screw in bolts!

Chair does look good, and the fabric is as described. Unfortunately, aligning the back rest and chair to screw in the bolts is a challenge as some of the bolts screw in half way only, and the back rest zipper on cover is missing the pull tab on all. I will initiate a return for refund.
